CHLORINE DIOXIDE (ClO2) FOR DRINKING WATER TREATMENT
Chlorine Dioxide has a long history of use in drinking water disinfection(US since 1944). It is a broad spectrum disinfectant used as a primary disinfectant in drinking water, as ClO2 kills bacteria, viruses, cysts and /algae(pseudomonas, e.coli, cholera, cryptosporidium, giardia, etc…). It also prevents and removes bio-film in pipe line. ClO2 is strong oxidizing agent. This means that chlorine dioxide kills microorganisms by disruption of the transport of nutrients across the cell wall, not by disruption of a metabolic process. This can eliminate the risks of excessive THM and bromate levels in heavily chlorinated water.It is a safe and green disinfectant recommended as Class A1 Disinfectant by WHO.

Usage & Dosage of CLO2 for Drinking Water
Mother Liquid Preparation
Add 500g CIO2 Powder into 25kg water, stir for 5~10 minutes to completely dissolved. This is 2000mg/L ClO2 mother liquid. Mother liquid can be diluted and applied according to the following chart. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT ADD WATER INTO POWDER
